Organizational Research Methods (ORM) was established to bring relevant methodological developments to researchers working in organizational sciences. ORM’s goal is to enhance the use of current and new methodologies to advance theory and research practice. Articles should be understandable to readers with background knowledge consistent with methodological and statistical training provided in contemporary organizational sciences doctoral programs. Text should be written in ways that help make material accessible. For instance, highly technical material should be relegated to appendices, and example data and computer code should be included when relevant.
