Abhigyan is the flagship refereed (quarterly) journal of the FORE School of Management, New Delhi. It has a regular track record of publication for forty years, since 1983. ‘Abhigyan’ is a Sanskrit word synonymous with ‘identity’. Abhigyan aims to create its distinct identity by achieving excellence through creating and disseminating knowledge related to business and management practices. Abhigyan focuses on organisational sustainability and transformation, which directly impact society. It is devoted to disseminating findings from research and empirical work to explore original ideas concerning various aspects of functional areas of Management. The journal has been a platform for academicians, practitioners and researchers to communicate new ideas. Periodically, the best of Abhigyan has been published as anthologies, regarded as significant contributions to the world of knowledge. Abhigyan invites contributions from academicians, researchers and practitioners from across the globe.
