Scope of the JournalThe International Journal of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (IJAPS) is the Diamond Open Access official publication of the Indian Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (IAAPS), a distinguished society that has been dedicated to the advancement of aesthetic plastic surgery in India for over 30 years. The journal aims to promote excellence in aesthetic plastic surgery and non-surgical aesthetic procedures, serving as a global platform for scientific exchange and innovation.IJAPS commenced publication in 2025 and is committed to publishing original research articles, systematic reviews, ideas and innovations, surgical technical videos, and brief communications. The journal covers a wide range of topics, including facial aesthetic surgery, non-surgical aesthetic treatments, breast and body contouring procedures, advancements in aesthetic technology and so on. With a strong commitment to open access, IJAPS does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APC), ensuring free and unrestricted access to high-quality scientific content for researchers and practitioners worldwide.Beyond its national scope, IJAPS fosters international collaboration by promoting the scientific activities of renowned partner societies, including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the British Association of Aesthetic & Plastic Surgeons, the Emirates Plastic Surgery Society, the Malaysian Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the Argentine Society of Plastic, Aesthetic & Reconstructive Surgery, and others.
