Common Law World Review seeks to be a forum for in-depth analysis of major legal issues throughout the common law world. To this end, a distinguished and diverse Editorial Board has been brought together to ensure that there is proper consideration of significant legal developments from all parts of the common law world. The editors welcome contributions on legal developments which are likely to be of significance throughout common law jurisdictions.
