The Journal of Palliative Care is a peer-reviewed, international and interdisciplinary forum for practical, critical thought on palliative care and palliative medicine. The Journal was founded by Dr. David Roy and first published in the Autumn of 1985. The Journal’s Editorial Board, authorship, readership, and panel of manuscript reviewers is international. The Journal welcomes submission of original research, but offers a respected, high-quality forum to publish multiple types of papers including opinion papers/commentaries, narrative and humanities works, case reports/case series, and reports on international activities and comparative palliative care.
