From January 2025, AATCC Journal of Research will become a fully open access journal. From that point, all articles will be published online-only under a Creative Commons licence and available worldwide, with readers having barrier-free access to the full-text articles immediately upon publication. To facilitate the transition, an Article Processing Charge (APC) for papers originally submitted after 1st September 2024 will apply. The full APC will be $2,100 USD, discounted by 50% in the first year, ending 31st December 2025.Note, that any papers originally submitted after 1st September 2024, that are accepted before the end of 2024, will be held for publication until 2025. These papers will be published as swiftly as possible in the new year.AATCC has published textile research and news since 1969. AATCC Journal of Research (AJOR) is the Association’s peer-reviewed online journal.
